    wow, what kinds of birds (insects?) are those in #1? I really like the colors in the sky in #4. Nice shots!

    first one is a beaut...nice capture and good compo with the FG and BG flocks.
    Third one has lovely soft shadows.
    great stuff all around:D

    Those are red-winged black birds.

    Here's some work from film. I'm still shooting a lot of film since getting a DSLR ( everything above was taken with a 20D ), but I'm not finding the time to scan much of it.
