I like the 4th one very much.

I'm not sure if I like the black shirt though. It would have been cool if you were wareing a totally black shirt so it doesn't show up at all. Also there might be just a little too much contrast on your face . Some softer greys in there might be nice but then you might have lost some of the darker details.
