I like the top one best. They all seem a bit soft, especially the last one (which really looks like camera shake). I'm guessing you're shooting handheld at 1/320 and 300mm. I would consider using a tripod. (Just a suggestion...)

The out of focus (bokeh) flowers in that last one a look really nice! I would try to get that background in more of the shots.

Yes, I forgot to take it, that and I don't have one that isn't broken.

Thanks for the compliments, might try again when the GSWs return with their babies in summer, this time with a tripod!

i never ever managed to shoot living birds with a tripod... for me only a monopod does the job (at least on 300mm). I like the first two.

I guess these are also crops from a larger image?

I like them all, I just think that I would like them more if they were all crisp and sharp. But nice shots.

No, suprisingly, the shots were taken from inside my Gran's house.

My dad has a monopod, but I forogt to take that.

Having recently phtographed a GSW myself and needing some heavy cropping (results here http://www.thephotoforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=77704), I'm amazed at #1 - my favourite!
