some sample D3X ISO comparisons

    Can others edit my Photos:
    Photos NOT OK to edit
    down the market today, shot these at varying ISO settings, 100-6400,
    check out
    Site Title
    will try and link larger crops to each large image.

    why do ppl complain about high noise with the D3x - 6400 looked great!

    Because people want the same ISO noise capabilities in the D3x as in the D3... lol

    It is more than respectible, but it is not as good as the D3/D700. That is just a fair trade-off for 25MP capabilities. I do not see it as being a bad camera at all, but OUFFFF... that price sure is ridiculous. :lol:

    Exactly! That and I believe it is mostly the people who like to buy new cameras simply because they are new. They seem to be the one complaining about the price and, the ISOs. But if you are a pro and you need it the price isnt that bad.

    i wouldnt pay $8000 for one either, i was lucky, the $6400 i paid was not that big a jump from the initial $5000 i paid for my D2x, Just luck, right place right time, with the current financial meltdown and the fact I get tax free living outside the UK.
