    those are some nice exposures, you should start working on some compositions.

    For image #2, i would have Exposed for the window (set your metering to spot then point the center of the camera to the window then get the exposure for the window by half pushing the shutter button, then press the AE lock button (usually shown as a * symbol)
    then re-compose your image and use your flash (your on camera flash works okay for this tbh...)

    Learned it from Jerry (on this forum :p)

    I know how to embed an image(s) using BB code. I felt that by adding a link rather than this option would be more suitable because it would not stretch the forum as the image is of a large scale.

    The forum software automatically resizes the image to a viewable size.

    Nice photos, dude. Congrats and enjoy learning with the new camera, it looks like it will do almost anything you ask of it!
