IMO, this photo has a problem because there isn't any single object of interest.
There are several balloons, some in focus, some out. The one balloon that seems most prominent is right in the center.

You need to compose this in the viewfinder so it conveys the impression that you want - and I don't know what that is.

I tried cropping but couldn't get it any better.
