This is the best part...

The lawsuit, filed Friday in Bernalillo County, alleges personal injury, negligence, battery and violation of fair practices.

So they're gonna try and proove that personal injury came from some pot sprinkled in what sounds like an uncooked form(ie doesn't get you high) when they were there eating heart attack causing fast food on their own accord.

So effing backwards. I hope they just get busted for possesion. After all the weed probably came from some kid they busted the day before anyway. Or their own personal stash.

I bet those silly cops were cultivating it at home....but when they began to harvest the chronic, some of it fell into their hats. Then they smoked a whole bunch of it, got the munchies and headed to BK. I bet all the weed that was caught in their hats fell on the burger and now they're suing. I hope they get those meany cops!!!!!!
