    Taken at the local Folklore festival today...
    It was quite difficult to get the faces light enough.. any comment or advice would be appreciated!:D

    It must have been really difficult to get their faces well enough exposed against the bright backgrounds that you encountered so often here, but I think you did really well.

    This supposedly having been an extremely colourful event, I am curious to see the full colour versions, though your almost-totally-but-not-quite destaturated style is growing on me and I quite like it in Photo 8!

    And my favourite of all is Photo 7, for I can almost hear the sound the women are making. :D

    But the feet with their interesting means of percussion (the shell anklets) are also very nice.
