Sports Action vs. Sports Feature

For my visual communication class, we have to do a final project involving ten photos. One has to be a 'sports action' photo, and one has to be a 'sports feature' photo.

I have this photo I'd like to use for the action shot, but I'm not sure if it IS an action shot?

That photo probably fits the category of 'sports feature' better (though I'm not exactly sure what is meant by sports feature.

But yes, it defintiely has no action.
