My wife put a couple(of many) feeders out late today. It didnt take long for our summer friends to show up. I didnt have time for any real good attempts at photos, but thought I should post a couple "shots"

Sparrows! They are such cute little birds.
And that pigeon (?) or dove (?) has a name... but since it's not having a black band round its neck (feathers being black there), it can't be our "Holztaube" (wood dove, directly translated...), hm?!?!? Well.
The "ladybug" is quite tame, isn't it ;););).

The bird on the bottom, I have not seen here. Looks like a cross between a pigeon and a dove, odd looking bird. Have not seen the migrating birds yet, guess they are still resting up in the Sault.

For no time I really llike the second shot. I believe it is a mourning dove. Good capture.
