I took this with a P&S a while back..

St. James's Park is a 23 hectare (58 acre)[1] park in Westminster, central London, the oldest of the Royal Parks of London. The park lies at the southernmost tip of the St. James's area, which was named after a leper hospital dedicated to St. James the Less.

To me, the photo does not look like HDR, and if it is one, all the same, than the tonemapping was done excellently.
What I so like about this is the "accumulation" of buildings in the background which all are of an architecture that suggests Disney's Magic Kingdom, much rather than London. :)
This can't be a recent photo, I doubt the trees are as green at this time of the year already, what with the long winter we had and late spring.

No it is not HDR. Its a normal shot processed in PS. This was taken a couple of summers ago so its not a recent pic.. :)
