It's a very interesting image, the composition imo could improve by cropping the top (just under the leaves)
One thing I don't understand and that's the vignette effect because it has absolutely no function and it ads nothing to the composition.

I agree. I've recently been looking over some stuff from earlier in the year and found an overuse in graduated filters. My work flow has changed quite a bit since then which prompted looking around. I'll certainly consider the crop as well if I revisit the photo.
