Shot this a little earlier today. Very bright outside...wish I would have found it in the morning.

30D with some levels and saturation adjustments in PS.

I kind of like the sun there...what are your opinions?

for me the brenches in the background are a bit distracting... but i like the overal diagonalc omposition.. i mean your eye is folloed from the bottom left corner where the branch starts to the top right corner to the sun...

I agree.. good composition. I would, however, want to brighten up those leaves just a bit...
