I bought a new camera and am interested in getting into stock photography. Does anyone have any idea how to get into it or can point me in the right direction? I know there are certain size requirements, and the pictures have to be general but other than that I don't know much more.

    Thank you!

At 25 cents profit for each photo sold, you'll need to sell 300 images in order to get even the first payout via Paypal or 1200 images in order for them to send you a cheque. It seems hardly worthwhile. They know very few people will actually make 300 sales so essentially they get the photos free and get to sell them and by the time you accumulate 300 sales you'll have died of old age!
