Streaky Clouds

He says that his long exposures give that streaky effect to the clouds.

yeah i've been in contact with him a while ago and he doesnt use HDR at all the closest he'l get is blending exposures. Hmm i guess its just simply long exposures on windy days so that the clouds are moving quite fast.

Streaky effect might be from an elongated exposure. Not sure.

Images are neat, but I don't think I saw a one on there that looked like you could pull it straight off a camera.
