Street sign, had to photograph something before I went crazy!

I had to get the camera out today as I have not taken a picture in a while and decided to try some toning ideas at the same time (inspired by the wonderful look in LensWork magazine).

I have been wanting to do a series of signs and this is a test to see if I like it or not, still undecided

Nice sign work! I would have liked to see just a bit more of the support posts in there to give it a little more balance in my opinion.

I agree, however the tight crop is due to the someone unattractive stuff right next to it,and the Chinese restaurant and busy road just in the frame below the sign. I guess I could retouch them out to bring the posts back some more.

Yeah, I thought that might be your reason for the tight crop... I've done that too...
