Our little tradition. Just tucked the kids into bed, and this was their last memory before bed-sugar cookies and milk for Santa and carrots for the reindeer. A little employ'n of the rule of thirds, and I don't think I got a bad shot. How did I do?

Decent shot. I think some more lighting effects and a shallower depth of field would make it perfect.

I'll swing by in a few. Hope you still have some cookies.

Santa ate all the cookies, but the reindeer just sharpened the carrots like pencils... Those kooky reindeer!

    It was a great Christmas

    Nice pics.

We opened presents with half of the family last night on Christmas Eve. Here is a pic I snapped before we all sat down to open presents.

Now we're off to the other half of the family's house to open more presents... hopefully more pics will follow.

    :D

    Merry Christmas everyone!

Happened to notice the fish tank. We have an octagonal one also. What is it? about a 30 - 40 gallon?

    ha ha... dolts...

Subsistence: the minimum (as of food and shelter) necessary to support life

Nice try, though.. I'm an English major..

And consider this your Christmas present. Merry Christmas.

No, that baby is only a 20-gallon. I'd like a bigger one, but my wife couldn't care less about it, so I don't want it to be any more intrusive in the living room.. It was all I could do to get her to give up that space for my hobby.
