Suggestion for a new rating/tag

Can we get a rating or tag or whatever the Like, Agree, Winner etc. buttons are called to rate something as "Unnecessarily Snarky"? Seems to be needed.

Having been the target of a couple of 'disagree' tags, I suggest also a tag for 'I really don't care about what he said but really I dislike him/her'
