    I'm a little better than when I took these shots, but considering the equipment, I'm still rather proud of these.

    That first one is just stunning! The colours are so subtle, and I love the shape of the tree in the foreground. Where was it taken?

    Both the sunrise and sunset were taken at the same beach, the Petawawa Point.. about 10 blocks from my house :)

    I heard they were cutting down the tree in my sunrise photo, so I had to go and try my luck on it again before it was gone.. This is a scanned version from my SLR, unfortunately my scanner is utter crap.. I fixed up the noise a bit in photo shop, but it lost a bit of clarity due to my fixes..

    Still, I think I've gotten better :)

    When I opened this I expected to see something like NASA's new close up pictures of the sun. Nonetheless, I wasn't dissapointed! Well done Tol.
