Sun?

    Well there are aspects of this pic that I like but I think that the sun is just too bright? What are your thoughts?

    I think you are right, the sun is too overexposed for me. I like the subject and composition however.

    Quite a nice photo, but does the horizon have a slight incline to the right?

    Yup, it's bright, but hey, it's the Sun, othervise it would be a blackhole :D

    Setting, for example, -1 to the exposure, would react in total darkness on the right side of the pic.

    The only action I'd take in given circumstances is to wait for a few minutes for the Sun to drop a little lower.

    i like it the way it is actually. although i do agree with kizahood, a lower (and more burnt looking) sun would accent the picture nicely.

    and yes, the horizon is a teeny bit tilted. i think rotating it a degree or so clockwise will do the trick.
