sunflowers in fall

took these today, i love fall time shot with a plain jane d40 and 18-55! lmk what you guys think!

finally had some time to go out and shoot. first is probably my favorite

went for the ghastly, underexposed look here brah

shot this one at night with an sb600 off camera pointed up by the base of the sunflowers. kinda going for that campfire look

I agree I love the first shot! The 2nd one is good, the sunflower kind of looks like a walrus' mouth. I like the 3rd one but it might be a tad overexposed. I'm not a big fan of the last two but they are still very solid shots. Power to the D40!

thanks man! yeah i think the shots get weaker and weaker as you go down

i am suprised how well the d40 kit lens does though. its sharper than my 18-105 and 55-200!
