i think this would work better later on the day. sun would be lower which would give you more detail in your shadows. plus you wouldn't have that burned out spot (sun) in the air.

Thanks much for the feedback. Personally i like the sun; to me that's what gives it it's edge. I actually waited for the sun to get lower to have it in this spot.
