From a few months ago...

Me and a friend went out to Sequoia National Forrest and Kings Canyon NP on Saturday. Lighting was pretty harsh and he left after 3pm. Since I drove 3 hours to get here, I stayed.

Trying to “get the shot”, I had to climb up a rock to capture this....remember I have no knees and my legs are fused straight. In the process of doing that a banged my “knee”...but I got the shot!

gorgeous, love the atmospheric perspective.

This is beautiful! The colors you have captured and the layers that you composed into this shot are fantastic! Print this bad boy out and hang it.

This is great.

Knowing what this man goes through to get a shot that many of us take for granted should make us all stop and think for a minute....

I have a TON of respect and admiration for HikinMike.

Maybe we should take more time to smell the roses and realize what is really important in this life.

My hat's off to ya, Mike!

Amazing capture, love the aura for lack of better word that those wonderful colors lend to it.
