Suppressed Flare at Mountain Meadow

Here's a good example of the efficacy of the Pentax SMC multi-coated lens's ability to reduce flare. This was, of course, shot right INTO the sun, and the Pentax-A SMC 55/2.8 lens handled it very very well.

It did and you thus got a VERY GOOD photo. I love the sight of things seen AGAINST the light and know how very, very difficult it is to capture this with just an average camera and average lenses ... lucky you, a) for having had the chance to see this, and b) for the lovely photo you got out of it!!!
