Surfing today

This morning I noticed there was some ocean swells (2-4 ft) in the forecast so I went down to the beach to catch some surfers. These were taken out on a Pier which helped me get closer. 300mm lens, 1/320 - 1/500 sec.
I'm also new to this type of action shots. Any CC may help.

Water is still warm = No wetsuits.

Rick ,these look good to me. I get the sense of "action" from the images. The only thing I would change is to clone out the "mystery" surfer in #2. He is a little bit distracting.

If you are looking for some ideas, there are a couple of guys from Hawaii who do a lot of "surfing" photography. A quick Google search should find them.
