Actually, I asked her to look at the flower and there turned out to be a tiny bug inside!

It's hard to get a genuine expression when a person knows they're being photographed. The tiny bug showed for a great natural expression.

I enjoy looking at the expresion on her face, very nice. thought I think i would have liked to have seen her whole head. Hard to say though as I am a firm beliver in the kiss (keep it simple stupid) principle in photography and you did just that.

haha, its kinda funny, because when I'm doing pictures of kids, often I will tell little girls to look for the little lady bug in the flower, to get them to look down at it...but in your case...there really was one...haha..ha.....ha....oh... noone else is lauging, it's prolly only funny to me....

I love this tight crop just the way it is. To get in this close you have to crop out part of the forehead, and this is a perfect rendering of that. You'd lose the intimacy of the shot if you'd backed offf enough to get her whole head in. Not needed!
