Got the "Chef Special" Where the guy with the knife spends a few moments sizing you up then makes somethin he thinks you'll like. Today is unagi, shrimp tempura and avacado wrapped then topped with Salmon on one side, then what I think is crushed yellowfin on the other.. sprinkled with tempura flakes and roe, then drizzled with eel sauce.
