    What a sweetie!! Nice photo.

    Let me clarify....the swan, I was talking about the swan. I'm sure you are lovely too....but I was talking about the swan!! LOL!! :D

    I feel cold
    this shot has a very cold feeling to it - great! Its relaly making me feel wintery just looking at it, and yet there is no obvious snow or ice - more effective for that lack IMO

    Very sharp, lovely background blur!
    This one made me think "Hallo Swan!" immediately. There's an instant "relationship" there. But I also like Overread's observations (and now wish his had been mine originally ;) :greenpbl: ). I'm fascinated by that patch of purple on his beak (not Overread's ... the SWAN's!!! Of course! :roll: :biggrin: )

    Exactly! Makes it feel like a cold, rufled swan in a winter lake. I love this shot - I think it's the first I've seen that has evoked such a powerful cold feeling in me. Amazing.
