What lovely light, especially in 1 and 2.
Couldn't Photo 1 do well with yet another tiny contrast boost? Somehow I feel it could, but I would not want to try on the web-version. Too small...

Do sycamores have leaves at other times of the year?
Is this how winter presents itself to you?
Sycamores without leaves?
Will they look different in spring and in summer?

I think you're right on the contrast. Maybe #5 & 6 also. They just look a little flat. I didn't realize it until after I posted.

The sycamores have buds on them. I never really paid attention before as they grow at a little lower elevation and to the south (toward the larger urban areas) of where I live. I the next couple years the entire valley will be filled with houses and the sycamores will be replaced with ... something. I'm making sure I'll be getting some nice shots of this valley before it's ruined.

So,...

Do these shots suck that bad?- or

Does the legend continue, and I've offended everyone?

If they do suck, maybe a bit why? I really don't mind criticism.

If I have offended everyone, well- I'm really, really sorry.
