I thought the title, when I thought of it, in my thought-space, was so cliched and academic that it had to be its final name. Like an "river community" (this was taken on the American river) you have your usual homeless, people that "society forgot". This, if you were unfortunate enough to live there, would be your nighttime perspective (assuming you chose to sleep near the river on those hot nights).
