Tamron Scam Update

Just wanted to let everyone now paypal just refunded my money.

James Kirby did not respond to the dispute and paypal ruled in my favor.

Kentucky State Police haven't really been any help.

I called again this morning and was told the Trooper wouldn't be on duty till 16:00 today and he's the one assigned to the case.

I'm still going for legal action to be taken, but I did receive my money, so the rest is icing on the cake.


Beware guys, it can and will happen to you.

I never thought it would happen to me.

If its a new(ish) paypal account they make you wait a few days before you have access to the money.

In this situation they had him wait for a couple weeks as they were supposedly at the hospital.
So they had ample time to withdraw it before any PayPal warning.

Ive been had 3 different times but every time paypal has taken care of it for me and made it right.
