I just finished teaching those two weeks of photo editing that go along with my photography class. I took everybodies advice to heart, and changed the focus of the class. The first week, we focused primarily on organizing your digital files on your computer, uploading your files to get them printed and using the basic edits that are on those web sites (snapfish, ofoto, etc), I also taught them how to get on my photography blog site, and how to post and upload pictures for that. The second week I just had them watch me as I showed on the projector some of the basic photo edits that can be done in photoshop. Then I allowed them to bring in their final assignment in a digital format, and play around with them while I was there to assist. What I will then do is send in each of their final projects for printing and mounting, and they will then go on a "Traveling Photo Exhibit" throughout town. The layout of that class was my easies one yet. THANKS for everyone's advice!
