Team Building Ideas??

Anyone have any good ideas (or experiences) for Team Building events? I'm in Upstate NY, just outside of Albany and the team consists of people that are in their 20's and active to people that are in their 50's and... not... active. So nothing too intense.

Any suggestions?

Team building? You mean that weekend thing your boss makes you go on where you do some camping with odd challenges and some such that you try to get out of any way you can?

Only thing I can think of is some camping weekend or some such - or take them all out for an evening meal (they will like you better for it )

Seems like it would be very effective for the 50 year olds but I don't think the 20somethings would be too interested in joining in...
