What do you mean?
We might have different versions of a tear sheet.
To me it is anything you have published in a magazine.
The sheet you remove and add to your portfolio becomes a tear sheet.
Mine are posted digitally on my website. I usually try and get a pdf of the page from the client and then convert to jpg in pshop.

Fair question! I'm wondering what people keep - physical AND digital? And if you do digital how do you do it? Scan the pages in? Take pictures of the magazine flopped open onthe relevant page?
I didn't go into specific questions in my original OP because I wanted to leave people free to answer as widely as possible but I guess I was TOO vague. Basically, I've been really lazy about compiling my tear sheets up till now and now I've just got three full pages in a British magazine called OK and I need to capitalise on it!
