Telephoto lens, please help me.

I have a question about this RETINAR 37 mm Telephoto Lens by kodak.

My camera is digital and has a 2x zoom, so my question is what kind of photos i will be able to take with this lens, (¿macro?), (or take object from a long distance, about how long), maybe i´m not clear, however you are experts so i hope you undestand my question.
