Test Shot - C&C on Lighting Plz

I just got this lighting equipment and would like some C&C on the lighting of this Shot. I didnt mess with much pp as this is just a test. no making fun of me...i didnt put on my face this morning =) (I know the BG is wrinkled)

here is a layout of the shot.

The lighting system I have is old and I cant really adjust the power output. I can cut the power in half on the power pack, but thats about it.

Btw, my tripod is crap so I actually used a music stand and since I had to take the photo myself...I set the focus, turned off AF, and put it on a 10 Sec self timer. Hopefully the future shots when I'm actually behind the camera come out sharper.
I think I need to add a reflector camera right to lighten up the shaded side of the face....
