why am i not using question marks.

To a scientist 2+2=somewhere between 3.9 and 4.1
To an engineer 2+2=4 but we'll call it 10 to be on the safe side

You bought a cheap computer and the '?' key is missing (It doesn't seem to have a shift key to get the capitals, either).

If it doesn't work then you will have to pay to support it. I don't think a failed test qualifies for welfare. Which is odd because failing a test often has the opposite effect.
If I were you I'd wait until it goes out then have the locks changed. If it has any belongingings then put them out on the street. When it comes home give it the bus fare to get to Maine.
There are far too many failed tests hanging around here anyway.

You forgot that if you're an accountant 2 + 2 is whatever you want it to be.
