For those of ya'll that don't know, the Texas Relays are a huge event here in Austin. It's a four-day, indoor track event, which runs from April 6-9. The meet features some of the nation’s top college and professional level athletes in the field of nearly 5,000 athletes in 125 events. The University of Texas hosts the meet every year.

But......the REAL event is in the streets of downtown Austin. It's called Texas Relay Weekend, and nobody really gives a damn about the actual track meet, LOL. It's really about getting dressed up, and going to look at all....the.....fine.....women. And trust me, there's plenty to look at. Hey.....this is Texas we're talking about. I was there with my friends, and I figured I'd snap a couple shots. These are a couple I liked (and that I can show here). Enjoy.

Nice series. The second is my favorite. I like it's lighting, DOF and composition. For me it's intriguing, and it holds my attention.
