200mm zoom, tripod, and a larrrrrge file size (so I could crop it down some).

<Hoooowwwwwwl> this should have been my photo - for practically AGES I have wanted to take a photo like this of the moon and I never succeed :cry: :cry: :cry: . Oh, I soooo need to get my tripod back in order (or get myself a new one).

That was taken in my back yard here in the 'burbs. We're about 15 miles from downtown Indianapolis. Not the biggest city in the world obviously, but we get a fair amount of light in the sky to the north.
