Reason # 415 - of why I switched to digital.

The good news is you can scan them, and fix em in Photoshop. Its about a 10 min fix.

Ive seen the photo processors screw up some photos, but those take the cake. Right before I switched to digital, I had a photo processor black out two entire rolls of a yachting photo shoot because he used the wrong developer. That did it for me.

You don't need a darkroom and tons of equipment. You seem to have a film scanner already, you just need a reel/tank, changing bag, and some chemicals. Even for color...

I've been using this with nice results, just heating the chemicals in my kitchen sink:

I'm with bhop. I did my first E6 in my Mum's kitchen sink. Hard to keep everything at 40C or whatever it was though. When they first came out of the tank I thought I'd made a right mess of them, but they just needed to dry out properly. They looked just fine. B&W is a rather simpler process though.

And scan and fix in PS??? The whole idea for me is to stay far away from Digital.
