Ian.. That is absolutely beautiful! The colors, the lights, the reflection, are just fantastic. Where/what is this place?

Thanks, Meg! I got back from 2 weeks in Italy on Saturday night and have a zillion pix in RAW from my 30D that I have yet to process. This is one I took in JPG with my little Nikon L5 P&S. This is taken from the south bank of the Arno river in Florence. This bridge is one of the newer bridges (I think it was the Ponte Niccolo). It is a couple of bridges downstream from the Ponte Vecchio (the only bridge over the Arno not blown up by the Nazis) and near the hotel in which we stayed. I wish I had 2 weeks in Florence rather than 2 nights!
