Hmmmm, I think you need to give us a little more information on what you're trying to acheive here. As-is, it's a decent photograph; what I would call a 'casual portrait'. The one issue that I do notice is that the focus in the face seems to be just a little bit soft while the snowflakes on his right shoulder seem very sharp; perhaps an incorrectly selected focus segment?
