Personally, I think the third seems like it's the most accurate in terms of realistically representing the bird and the sky reflecting off of the water. Other than that I think it's a great photo. I'd be proud to have taken it.

I agree with maiello - the 3rd does to my eyes seem to be the most pleasing and realistic looking white balance. At this size I also appear to be able to see more details in the eye and beak areas in the 3rd version as well.
As for the rest of the shot fantastic blue water and the wing just touching the surface - very good capture! I would have prefered tosee less of the bird blown out by the sun though
