    ...of the film camera market.

As previously posted, last week, I got a "mint like new in box" Nikon F100 and SB-15 battery pack for a total of $430.00, delivered. (Combined list price when new: $1690.00.) It's a later serial # camera with the detail improvements, in case you're wondering.

Yesterday, again on Ebay, I picked up a new-in-box MF-29 data back (for F100) for $30.00, including shipping. List: $223.00. Normally, I wouldn't bother to get a data back, but at that price...

Never, ever has there been a better time to buy a film camera!!!

I'll be posting some F100 photos soon.

I seem to think that maybe there's a slight (SLIGHT) upswing in things, at least in MF and vintage. Maybe it's because of the time of year, or the fact that everybody is spending their tax return. I know I am:greenpbl:

    mmmmm....tax returns....new lenses....

It really IS a buyer's market! New films on the horizon, so it's not going anywhere, of course. Smart money goes on these amazing film camera buys right now. Grab 'em before everyone catches on. :sexywink:

I would definitely agree. My recent FM2n and 50/1.4 together came in at $75, hard to be upset at that...

I have been stalking E-bay lately and noticed that F2's are going for more than F3's. I missed an F3hp in great condition, it went for $147.75.
