First bit of advice: watch it that there are spaces between your pics so they don't float one into the other.

Now the face is eerie, as you wanted it to be, and it would be nice if you told us what your light source was. Is it yourself then?

The cat... nice perspective, which -however- could have been used even more, I find that you might have wanted to lower the camera even more to shoot even more from below ... to thus exclude the houses from the background and only get sky...

... or you might have wanted to include more wall and less sky.

I assume you used some fill flash? Good choice.
