The Door into Spring

Along Cresheim Valley Drive is an old stone building - a mill or millhouse?

I stopped there last night on the way home. It was a perfect spring afternoon and I walked around the woods for a half an hour or so.

This particular view really caught my eye and I took a dozen or so shots.

unfortunately, my attention was grabbed by the GIANT stake in the ground.... other than that, the pic is great.

I think this photo is lovely!
But it is so large ... I can never view it in one, I always have to scroll to see either the upper or the lower part of it...

It seems like you found a lovely spot, though!

Looks like a great shot.......but as Drgonheart said that stake just jumped at me when I scrolled down. Crop that thing out and you're golden.
