I think that you have really missed the "elegance" part, especially with the plebian looking blue cup. Where is the crystal and the creativity?

There's nothing wrong with them in particular, they're just pretty bland and lifeless stock shots to me. The first and last are the most interesting in my opinion, and you should be aiming for stuff along those lines.

I agree...they are just pretty boring for me, but i do like the last one

too many are centered and the focuses seem a bit soft/off to me

experiment with some new angles

Try closing down the lens a stop or two to improve subject sharpness, they also look a little soft to me. H

I am no pro but your pics does not have the ahhh... factor. But I'm sure you will improve as you read other members' opinion.

Thanks for the comments guys! These were mainly shot at f1.8-f2.8 so thats the reason for the lack of sharpness
