The Forgotten Beach

Took this at Byron Bay, Northen NSW Australia, I had to edit out a big leaf at the top, you can see the one that looks almost like a butterfly now, it came right down to where the distant hill is.

Anyway, here it is:

I think I would like to see more contrast in the beach, but I like the color of the vegetation, too.

Nice shot. I would have gone for a tighter crop, so that the opening in the leaves is more of a frame for the beach.

Well i dont know if this is dissapointing to anyone... But the beach isnt actually forgotten, thats just a name i thought would be appropriate for the composition.

The Beach is located in Byron Bay http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byron_Bay

About 30 minutes on the road from Lismore, where i live.


Also for those who suggested a tighter crop, i did this zoomed one but the leaf is just too big to get rid of without being obvious, i have already tried, but maybe if there is someone out there that is the god of Clonestamp (and i consider myself half god at it), then be my guest and try to get rid of it.
