Nice shots, Chiller. The first is beautifully simple (and my favorite of the two).
#1 is Great! Great tones, DoF, and PoV. Not a fan of #2. Nice work!

I'm going with #1 too. Great shot.
The background seems too busy and too brightly lit in number 2. I really do like the absolute simplicity of number 1 though.

Like em both... very nice. Mind me asking where these were taken? It looks like a beautiful church.
Both are nice but the first is composed very nicely with the diagonals leading to the corner as well as disappearing into the void of your well proportioned negative space.
I too love the simplicity of #1.
