The Land of White Tigers

I love this pic

Me too. I like that the environment around him is included, the gnarly texture of the of the tree under the cat and the soft background leaves. The way he/she is looking down on me totally triggers a flight response (in a good way)!

This is a nice picture - can I assume it was taken in a zoo? The tiger looks like it has blue eyes, suggesting, if that is the case, that it is an albino. Do you know if this is the case?

That kitty is looking at everyone as if they were his next meal.

Such a beautiful animal. I like how you composed the shot as well.

White tigers are not albinos, and they often have blue eyes. True albinism comes with pink/red eyes. Blue eyes often appear with a genetic condition called "leucistic" - similar to albinism, but not as complete a lack of pigmentation.

It's a great shot of him!
